1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only for misprinted, defective, or damaged products.

✔ You can request a return or refund if:

  • The product is misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

🚫 We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection (as all products are Print-on-Demand).
  • Personalized/customized orders, unless the product has a defect.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

📩 Step 1: Email us at info@ehypermart.in or WhatsApp us with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear images of the defective or misprinted product
  • A brief description of the issue

📦 Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

💰 Step 3: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

✔ If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✔ If a refund is not approved, we may offer store credit instead.
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

✔ We offer replacements for defective items, depending on availability.
✔ If the product is out of stock, you may choose a refund or another item of equal value.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
  • After 6 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank statement.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (it may take time for the refund to reflect).
