✔ We operate only in India and provide Free Home Delivery nationwide.

2. Orders & Payments

✔ Order Finality: All processed orders are final.
✔ Secure Payments: Transactions are processed via PayU (we do not store payment details).
✔ Processing Time: 5-10 business days, depending on location.
✔ Cancellations: Allowed only within 6 hours of order placement.
⚠️ No COD for Orders Above ₹700: For security reasons, Cash on Delivery (COD) is unavailable for orders exceeding ₹700.
💳 Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking via PayU.

3. Shipping & Delivery

✔ Free Shipping across India.
✔ Delivery Timelines: 4-7 business days from dispatch (varies based on location and courier availability).
✔ Order Tracking: Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
✔ Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a resolution.

4. Returns & Refunds

✔ Eligible Returns: Only for misprinted or damaged products.
✔ Return Conditions: Product must be unused and in original packaging.
✔ Return Request Window: Within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

✔ Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
✔ If a refund is not approved, store credit may be offered.
✔ Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval.

✔ Third-party issues (payment gateway failures, courier mishandling).
✔ Product misuse after delivery.
