We’re committed to delivering quality. If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a return or refund.
⚠️ Return or refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
1. ✅ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds only for misprinted, defective, or damaged products.
✔ You can request a return or refund if:
The product is misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
The item is unused and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
🚫 We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind or incorrect size selection (as all products are Print-on-Demand)
Personalized/customized orders, unless the product has a defect
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
2. 📩 How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem
Step 2: Once your request is approved, we’ll share return shipping instructions.
Step 3: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
3. 💰 Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective
4. 🔄 Exchanges & Replacements
We offer replacements for defective items, based on availability orelse you may choose a refund or another item of equal value.
5. ❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement
After 6 hours, orders go into production and cannot be canceled
6. 🕵️♂️ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank statement
Contact your bank or payment provider (some processing delays may occur)
